This Privacy Policy applies to the Volti app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ALIAKSANDR ZELIANKO (collectively, the "Application"). ALIAKSANDR ZELIANKO is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Volti is a local-first application. The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server controlled by the Service Provider or any third party:
Uninstalling Volti permanently deletes this data from your device. There is no cloud backup. The Service Provider has no technical ability to read, restore or share this data.
If you grant analytics consent on first launch or in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data, Volti sends anonymous, aggregated events to the third-party providers listed below. The third-party SDKs may automatically collect technical information including: your IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate session duration, language, country (derived from IP, not GPS), and an advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android). They do not access the contents of your charging history.
If you do not grant consent, no analytics events are sent. Advertisements are still shown but become non-personalised (see "Advertising" below).

The free version of Volti shows advertisements provided by Yandex Mobile Ads. You can identify these blocks by the "Ad" or "Реклама" label and the small information icon that opens "Why this ad" details from the ad provider.
The Service Provider does not see the content of the advertisements before they are served and does not have a personal relationship with the advertisers.
Open Volti → Settings → Privacy → toggle off "Share anonymous usage data". Analytics events stop immediately on both Firebase and AppMetrica. Advertisements remain visible (they are required for the free version) but become non-personalised.
To stop all information collection completely, uninstall the Application. Uninstalling stops further data collection from your device, but does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the third-party services listed above. To request deletion of previously transmitted data, contact the Service Provider at greenmobileink@gmail.com.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The third-party services used by the Application may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child under 16 has used the Application, please contact the Service Provider at greenmobileink@gmail.com and any data we can identify will be deleted.
The Service Provider provides reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain. The locally stored data is protected by your device's operating-system-level sandboxing — only the Volti application process can read it on a non-rooted, non-jailbroken device.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data and the breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will notify you and the competent supervisory authority in accordance with applicable legal requirements (including, where applicable, within 72 hours under GDPR Article 33).
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date at this URL. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature (e.g. "Allow" in the analytics opt-in dialog at first launch, or by toggling on the analytics switch in Settings). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases (such as legitimate interests, contract performance, or legal obligation) is carried out as described above.
